Matthew Fleeger is the President of Gulf Coast Western, a company that was started in 1970 by his father. He attended Southern Methodist University to pursue a course in Finance and Marketing where he got the skills and knowledge that would, later on, help him conquer the oil and gas industry. After graduation, Matthew Fleeger worked in for different companies that gave him the vast experience needed to be successful in the industry. By the time he was taking over as the CEO of Gulf Western, Fleeger had garnered enough experience for a futuristic take-over.

In 1993, Matthew Fleeger founded his own company, MedSolutions. This was the first time that he was creating something of its own and it was a fruitful venture. The firm was in charge of disposal, treatment, and management of medical wastes. Matthew Fleeger put up structures that will enable MedSolutions to run smoothly. By 2007 the company had gained a foot and Fleeger sold it to Stericycle at a tune of $59 million.

His entrepreneurial skills are on another level and mostly focus on results-oriented models that are beneficial to Gulf Coast Western.

As the CEO and President of Gulf Coast Western, Matthew Fleeger has done an impressive job in keeping the family business on its toes. He is a performer whose success can only be attributed to hard work and dedication on his course of action.

PSI Pay Is Making International Transactions Easier

Many people may not understand exactly what purpose a digital wallet serves, but they can be just as useful as a traditional wallet if used properly. Digital wallets are more secure than typical wallets and also more convenient, especially with the use of tools like PSI Pay that help to link everything together. Unfortunately, while digital wallets are more advanced on a technological level, they can still have some of the same problems as physical wallets when it comes to international transactions.

In Europe, there are digital wallets that allow their users to carry cash as well as linking debit cards that allow them to withdraw money at almost any ATM. The providers of these wallets are the ones responsible for handling issues such as chargebacks as well as disputes. There are many different ways to deposit money into these types of wallets like transferring from a credit card and also taking it out of a traditional checking account.

One of the reasons why so many people are making the switch to digital wallets is the popularity of cryptocurrency. PSI Pay understands that this can be quite complicated and sometimes only useful in areas with several retailers that accept it. Unfortunately, there are many regions that don’t have this type of accessibility when it comes to retailers.

The fintech company PSI Pay is under the regulation of the UK Financial Conduct Authority. This allows their customers to be more assured about the regulation of their digital wallet which can make them more open to make the switch. In just 2015 alone, PSI Pay was able to increase their volume by almost 30% and this continues to grow with each passing year.

PSI Pay was given permission by the British government in 2011 to begin issuing electronic funds. They redesigned their ecoAccount and the related card back in 2013 which has led the company to see impressive growth by giving their customers the modern solutions for making payments that they were looking for. If you or your company make international purchases or uses cryptocurrencies, PSI Pay might be the solution that you are looking for.

Rebel Wilson Heads a Humerous Love Triangle in Isn’t It Romantic

Rebel Wilson, Liam Hemsworth, and Adam LeVine are about to get caught up in a Valentine’s Day love triangle. The trio is set to appear in New Line Cinema’s latest rom com Isn’t It Romantic. The film is a play on the traditional romantic comedy format and features a plot were a character from the real world becomes trapped inside an actual rom com.

The character is Natalie, played hilariously by Rebel Wilson in her first turn as a leading lady. Although the film follows a traditional romantic comedy format, it is also completely self-aware and not shy of making fun of itself.

The main story revolves around Natalie, a New York City architect, who becomes trapped within a rom-com after a nasty tussle with a thief. According to a recent interview Wilson did the rom com world is Natalie’s worst nightmare. Apparently, she is a jaded and long ago gave up the unrealistic happy endings rom coms vouch for. “Now that she is stuck,” Rebel stated, “She has to figure out how to get out.” Read more: Isn’t it Romantic Trailer | Glamour and Pitch Perfect for Rebel Wilson | VanityFair

If this plot sounds familiar it’s because other movies have used it as well most notably Bill Murray’s Groundhog Day. Although Natalie won’t be suffering the same day over and over again she still will experience a skewed version of reality. The fun part is that skewed version also skews romantic comedies.

According to director Todd Strauss-Schulson he binged watched romantic comedies endlessly to prepare for Isn’t It Romantic. It certainly shows as all the well-known tropes are represented with flair. Almost immediately after being knocked out Natalie wakes up in a big bed with full hair and make-up already on. Her apartment is the size of a professional sports stadium and she has a closet filled full of designer clothes.

Clothes that no normal person could ever afford in such quantity operating under Natalie’s salary. The New York outside her window is the picture-perfect postcard always present in rom coms. The great thing about Isn’t It Romantic is it appears to play the humor straight. Natalie is completely self-aware of her situation and even figures out her rom-com is PG-13.

Isn’t It Romantic marks Wilson’s first time as a leading lady. The Aussie-actress made it big in her native Australia before venturing across the sea to the states. Her first big role was as Brynn in Bridesmaids, but her name-making role came later as Fat Amy in Pitch Perfect. Now as Natalie Wilson has the chance to take her career to the next level.

As for Liam Hemsworth and Adam LeVine they get to fill out the supporting roles. Hemsworth plays Blake, a client Natalie becomes involved with, and LeVine stars as Josh, Natalie’s best friend and unexpected love interest. LeVine formally played opposite Wilson as Bumper in Pitch Perfect.

Healthy Hair Is Rooted In A Healthy Scalp

Hair growth depends on a clean, clear scalp and a scalp needs proper care to stay healthy. Hair follicles must remain free of excess oil, dead skin, and product buildup. The process of removing excess oil from the follicles, however, should not strip the scalp of essential moisture. Finding the correct products and routine for balanced scalp care depends on individual skin type.

One major consideration for scalp care is whether or not to apply conditioner beginning at the hair’s roots. According to, an overly dry scalp can benefit from the added moisture of a quality conditioner and stop flaking. However, for normal to oily scalps, conditioning may lead to sticky, weighed-down hair at the crown. Applying conditioner to an oily scalp may also cause clogged hair follicles. Unless the scalp is excessively dry, it is best to start working conditioner into the hair shafts approximately mid-length and finish at the tips.

Another aspect to consider when cleansing and stimulating the scalp is the ingredients in the products. Sulfates, alcohol, and parabens damage both scalp and hair shaft yet are abundant in hair care products. Understanding this risk led the technicians at WEN® by Chaz to develop lines of products without these chemicals. For example, the five-in-one cleansing conditioner uses a mixture of oils and botanical herbs to cleanse and nourish the scalp and hair in one step.

Lack of sulfates in WEN® by Chaz products means they do not produce lather. Lathering additives, in fact, strip hair of natural shine and break down the hair shaft leaving it thinner and weaker with each use. The herbs and oils in WEN® products condition hair shafts leaving the hair with a smooth, polished finish and stronger cuticle. Hair becomes less likely to break or split yet easier to manage and style. For more information, visit
