Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi

The Bradesco Bank is the second largest bank in Brazil. The President of the Bradesco Bank is Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi. Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi was born in Marilia, Sao Paulo on October 6, 1951. He was a studious student while he attended college and before he attended college.

The time for the Bradesco Bank to select a new president has come. The selection of the new president did not turn out the way that many people thought that it would. The person who seemingly was least likely to be chosen to become the new president was selected. They selected the new president based off of the person who would be the best fit for the company’s expansion. In this next era, they are looking to expand the company. 54-year-old Octavio de Lazari Junior seemed to be the best fit and was selected by the Succession and Appointment Committee of the Bradesco Bank. People suspected Mauricio Minas who is in charge of technology would be the next president of the company. Lazari has credentials that will help the bank maintain and gain distinction in Brazil’s banking.

Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi will remain the president of the Bradesco Bank until they have the first board meeting on March 12, 2018. After that Lazari will begin his duties as president of the Bradesco bank. Octavio de Lazari Junior is currently working as the banks Executive Vice President and the Chief Executive Officer of the Bradesco Group. When he becomes the president of the Bradesco bank, he will continue to work in the positions that he holds.

Octavio de Lazari Junior received his degree in Financial Strategies from the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of Osasco. He has been working at the Bradesco bank since 1978. He worked as an agency manager for the branch. In 1998 he started working in credit and became the Director of the credit area. In 2010 he was made the Department Director of Loans and Financing. In 2017 he became the Executive Officer Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bradesco Group.

Larkin and Lacey

Last month marked the end of the case of former Sherriff of Maricopa County, Mr. Joe Arpaio. This was after U.S. District judge based in Arizona Justice Susan Bolton upheld the decision of President Donald Trump to pardon Mr. Joe Arpaio. Learn more about James Larkin and Michael Lacey: https://about.me/jim_larkin and http://james-larkin.com/

The former sheriff had been convicted earlier in July after he ignored a court order. This case had dragged on since 2007, and the judge’s decision wasn’t surprising as there was a general feeling that Mr. Arpaio wasn’t going to get convicted.

The end of the case comes as a blow to former Phoenix News Times co-owners, Michael Lacey, and Jim Larkin. The two were on the forefront in unearthing the scandals that blighted Mr. Arpaio’s career as a Sheriff.

Both were victims of Mr. Arpaio’s brutality having been arrested at some point in the past. After being released, Lacey wrote a detailed account of the injustices that were spearheaded by the Sherriff.

Lacey condemned the president’s action of pardoning Mr. Arpaio. He said that both the president and the former sheriff were rogue individuals who encouraged racism and torture. He just couldn’t believe how a man who brutally murdered and tortured prisoners could be released scot-free. Lacey and Larkin were some of the most knowledgeable people concerning Mr. Arpaio’s dealings in prison.

They never gave him breathing space as they published article after another describing the state of the prison that Mr. Arpaio was in command. This led to their arrest, and from inside they had a firsthand experience of what indeed happened in the jails.

The former sheriff was a feared man as he was ruthless in dealing with criminals. He would make them do things that were dehumanizing such as making them wear pink underwear and stripped swimsuits against their will. He also fed them on rotten foods and made them do loads of things that were embarrassing.

Some of the other wrongs that were exposed by the paper include the following:

  • The opening of the infamous Tent City in 1993. This facility had very harsh living conditions. During the summer, temperatures could rise to 135 degrees Fahrenheit. The prisoners inside the facility were often mistreated. Those who refused to obey Mr. Arpaio’s commands were brutally beaten. Expectant mothers were tied to their beds during delivery.
  • There were many deaths in the prisons that were never reported to the public. Lacey documented one of these mistreatments whereby a diabetic woman went into a coma after being denied treatment. In another case, prisoners died from suffocation after they were tied to restraint chairs. Lacey also documented that there were numerous cases of suicide in this jail. The cases were higher than any other facility in the country.
  • Mr. Arpaio also misused his position as a Sheriff. He investigated, arrested and tarnished the name of political rivals. He also accused former president of the United States, Barrack Obama of having forged his birth certificate.
  • Mr. Arpaio also embarrassed Latinos by arresting them unconstitutionally and launching investigations on whether they were in the country legally.

Securus Technologies customers agree video visitation prevents crimes

One of the most exciting developments that has taken place in the prison industry over the last decade has been the development of video visitation technology. The main company leading the charge to develop this highly innovative form of communication between prisoners and their loved ones has been Securus Technologies. Through its deployment of video visitation throughout the nation’s prisons, Securus has taken great strides towards reducing internecine violence within the prison system.

Many of the customers of this technology, the nation’s jails, prisons and their staff, have been raving about the positive results they’ve seen in their institutions after implementing this technology. In correctional facilities where Securus Technologies’ video visitation has been implemented, behavior problems have often been reduced by 50 percent or more. This is largely attributable to the fact that inmates value the ability to stay in constant communication with their loved ones on an almost unlimited basis. This creates a strong incentive for inmates to be on their best behavior, sharply reducing the number of infractions and serious crimes taking place within the nation’s prison system.

The video visitation system is also a way for family members of the incarcerated to save vast sums of money. Because it allows the same sort of functionality as an in-person visitation, the video visitation platform enables family members to stay in nearly constant touch with family members, without having to physically travel in person to the prison where they are housed.

This has proven to be an enormous boon to the finances of families with incarcerated loved ones. These are often some of the poorest people in the nation, who cannot afford thousands of dollars to go see their incarcerated loved ones. As a result, video visitation allows families to stay in touch with inmates that would otherwise not be able to afford to see them at all.

How Roberto Santiago Built Manaira Shopping Into One Of The Top Malls In Brazil

Roberto Santiago is an entrepreneur who was born and raised in Joao Pessoa, Bahia, Brazil. He owns two malls in the city. Manaira Shopping was his first and it was completed in 1989. The second is Mangeira Shopping and it opened in 2013. Both are highly successful malls that draw in crowds because there is so much to see and do in them.

After earning his college education Roberto Santiago opened his own company, a cardboard box design and manufacturing company. He earned enough money over the years that he could fulfill his ambitions in the world of real estate. He bought property in a section of the city that isn’t too far from the coast. Over the course of two years Manaira Shopping was constructed before it could open its doors. Once it did it became a place for people in Joao Pessoa to hang out at. His mall has enough to do that people find reasons to go to Manaira Shopping really often.

Roberto Santiago made sure that there were plenty of shopping options at Manaira Shopping and there are stores dedicated to women’s clothing, men’s clothing, children’s clothing, jewelry, sports equipment, electronics, home decor, and more. He also wanted to make sure that there was plenty of entertainment for people of all ages. Manaira Shopping has a large area with video game machines as well as a high tech bowling alley.

Manaira Shopping is one of the biggest malls in Brazil and the food court might just be the biggest of them all. Roberto Santiago has expanded it three times so that it could offer food for every taste and budget. There’s plenty of fast food options, of course, but he wanted to also satisfy those who want high-end fare. The last expansion that Roberto Santiago had done accomplished this as there are now upscale restaurants in the mall. The first new tenant like this was a Capital Steakhouse and it has since been joined by two others.

As Roberto Santiago keeps an eye on things going on around Joao Pessoa he saw that there wasn’t a really good place to hold concerts. The result was a concert hall on the roof of Manaira Shopping that he dubbed as Domus Hall. This air-conditioned space can hold 14,000 people and it attracts national and international groups and solo artists. It is also used for a broad variety of other events like plays, exhibits, large weddings, and business conventions among other uses.

When he established Mangeira Shopping, Roberto Santiago knew exactly what to build given his years of experience at the other mall. This one quickly became one of the top destinations in the part of Joao Pessoa in which it is located.

New Brunswick is Growing and Thriving

The 99% are on the verge of an uprise. They are sick and tired of the 1% crapping on them and controlling their lives. They are sick and tired of the 1% stealing from them to make themselves more rich. They are sick and tired of not having the opportunities needed to grow their own bank account. I think that very soon we will see torches and pitchforks raised and mansions being torn apart.

The truth is though, not all rich people are bad. In fact, some of them are morally good and righteous people. Omar Boraie is a wonderful example of a rich man with a big heart. He has used his fortune and real estate company to help a dying city thrive once again.

New Brunswick, New Jersey has been the home of Omar Boarie since the day he was born. He traveled the continent of Europe in his teen years and saw the amazing economic centers on this great continent. He wanted to see New Brunswick achieve the exact same status. Many business friends and associates disagreed that this could happen and they laughed him out of the room. 40 years later however, Omar Boraie has had the last laughed. For more details visit Crunchbase.

Omar has spent 40years and millions of dollars in three areas of New Brunswick. Omar wanted to grow the families, keep jobs in New Brunswick, and bring back the young middle-class professionals.

Omar Boraie began by making New Brunswick a better place for families to raise their kids. As John said about Jesus, “all his good deeds to take up many books.” Omar has done many things but I will only list one here. The most popular outreach program that Omar started is the “Summer Move Night” series that occurs each and every summer. The summer movies span a seven week period and seven movies are provided free of cost. Check out Press of Atlantic City to see more.

Omar Boraie also helped New Brunswick by keeping jobs in the local area. The heart of New Brunswick were the Johnson and Johnson factories. If they left, then New Brunswick would die off. Omar was able to convince them to stay and increase their employment.

Boraie Development then gave a gift to the city. For free, he gave the city $150 million in real estate. This gift allowed the city to provide office space and homes for a fraction of the cost which brought back young professionals.
